Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using villasoleil.id or booking a stay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or book.

2. Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation (WhatsApp, email, or Airbnb).
• Direct bookings require 30% deposit to hold dates; 70% balance is due 7 days before arrival.
• Payment methods: bank transfer, Wise, credit card (3% surcharge). Airbnb bookings follow Airbnb's payment terms.
• A refundable security deposit of IDR 5,000,000 is held during your stay.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

See our Cancellation Policy for full details. Summary:

• 30+ days before arrival: full refund (less 3% transaction fee if paid by card)
• 14-29 days: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: non-refundable (case-by-case for medical/flight emergencies)
• Peak season (Jul 1-Aug 31, Dec 20-Jan 5): 60-day full-refund window

4. House Rules

• Maximum 8 guests (4 bedrooms).
• No unregistered visitors overnight.
• No parties or events without prior written approval.
• No smoking inside the villa. Outdoor smoking areas designated.
• No illegal substances (Indonesian law strictly enforced).
• Quiet hours 22:00-08:00 (residential neighborhood).
• Pets only by prior arrangement (see FAQ).

5. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for damages they cause. Security deposit covers minor damage; major damage will be invoiced. The villa is not liable for loss of personal items — use the in-villa safe.

6. Force Majeure

Volcanic activity, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, and other events beyond our control may force cancellation. In these cases we offer refund or rebooking at no penalty.

7. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund for: serious property damage, illegal activity, harassment of staff or neighbors, or violation of house rules.

8. Website Use

The villasoleil.id website content (text, images, code) is © 2026 Villa Soleil. You may share links and quote with attribution. Don't scrape, copy entire articles, or reuse images without permission.

9. Disclaimers

Travel guide information on /guide is best-effort accurate at publication. Prices, restaurants, attractions change; verify before booking external activities.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by Indonesian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Badung Regency, Bali, Indonesia.
