Direct Bookings

Bookings made directly with us (via WhatsApp, our website, or email) follow the schedule below.

Standard Season (most dates)

Airbnb Bookings

If you booked through Airbnb, their policy applies (we currently use Airbnb's "Strict" tier). Cancellations are processed through Airbnb's system.

Exceptional Circumstances

We offer flexibility in genuine emergencies:

• Medical emergency (hospitalization, death in immediate family): full refund with documentation.
• Flight cancellation outside your control (airline collapse, weather): full refund or free rebooking.
• Government travel restrictions (visa denied, pandemic restriction): full refund.
• Force majeure events (volcanic eruption, natural disaster affecting Bali): full refund or rebooking.

How to Cancel

WhatsApp +62 877 7000 1535 or email [email protected] with your booking reference. We confirm cancellation within 24 hours. Refunds processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Rebooking Instead of Cancelling

If you need to change dates rather than cancel, we offer free rebooking for direct bookings up to 14 days before arrival (subject to availability). Difference in rate applies if rebooking to peak season.

No-Show

If you don't arrive and don't contact us within 24 hours of expected check-in, the full booking is forfeit.

Early Check-out

If you leave earlier than your booked dates, no refund is provided for unused nights. The villa is reserved for you regardless of occupancy.
